Tracy Spiridakos was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to parents of Greek descent. Spiridakos became famous for her role as Charlotte Matheson (Charlie) Matheson in the NBC sci-fi show Revolution. Spiridakos' parents are Greek. Her birthplace was at Winnipeg Manitoba. They moved the family to the Greek town Skala close to Sparta at the age of four. She returned to Canada at the age of nine. She has a deep connection to her Greek roots, and she can speak Greek with fluency. The high school she graduated from was in Winnipeg In 2000. Spiridakos and her family moved to Vancouver to pursue her acting career in 2007, was offered an appearance on Supernatural within a few weeks. In 2009 she scored her very first leading role on television with Majority Rules! In 2011, she made her debut as a character actress in feature films, with Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
