Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30, 1991, is better popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott), the American artist, singer, and songwriter. His stage name is a mixture of the name of a favourite uncle and the stage name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi), which is his first major-label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a contract to publish with Kanye West's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed joint recording contracts with Epic and T.I. The's Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. In 2013, Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in the year 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. The hit single "Antidote" was the lead track. His second album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number-one album on the Billboard 200. Scott dropped Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) alongside Quavo under the name of Huncho Jack. In the year 2018, Astroworld was released to high praise from critics. It produced his first Billboard Hot 100 top 100 single, "Sicko Mode" feat. Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debuted on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs hit the number one spot within a mere decade in 2020.
