Born on November 25 1968 Jillian Noel Hennessy is dynamic Canadian actress and singer celebrated for her notable contribution to American television. The most famous of her works are her stunning performances in the American TV programs like Law & Order (where she was awe-inspiring to viewers for three seasons in the role of prosecutor Claire Kincaid) and Crossing Jordan (where she portrayed the protagonist Jordan Cavanaugh). Hennessy is also famous for her stellar performances on RoboCop 3 Most Wanted. Other films comprise Chutney Popcorn (an independent film) as well as The Acting Class. Hennessy began her acting career with her twin sister as twin call-girls in Dead Ringers in 1988. The actress briefly appeared in Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story in Broadway in 1990. Parker has been in many series and films, among them RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys of the Side West Wing Angels and Angels in America. As a result of these roles she received the Golden Globe Award in 2006 as well as an Emmy Award in 2007. Parker is also the recipient in 2001 of the Tony Award for Best Actress in the Broadway play Proof.
