Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st 1989) is an American actor. She was the character Deborah Gallagher in Shameless between 2011 and 2021 and Harris Conner Healy on Roseanne. Kenney was born on 14 September, 1999 in New York City. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who is now a writer for Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is a criminal attorney. Emma Kenney is born the exact same spot in the same city as Emmy Rossum. Kenney, who was born in and raised in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actor who plays Debbie, Showtime TV's breakout show, Shameless. The majority of her childhood was lived living in New York's Garden State. Kenney was also famous for her character Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
